Take a set of nipple clamps and remove each clamp, keeping the split ring attached |
| Remove the clips off all four suspender ribbons. Nowadays these are made of plastic and can be cut off with scissors. The two back suspender ribbons can be removed completely if preferred. |

Thread the split ring through one of the front ribbons making sure that the clamp is facing out. Repeat this with the other front ribbon.
Each ribbon is adjustable. |
